Women’s Virtual World Networking, Cookie Monsters, and Organizational Theory

I’m so glad February is over!  While a rainy day in Tucson is usually a wonderful thing as we love water and treasure the scarce resource, a cold and wet February isn’t a normal thing for us.  Layer that with a late case of flu, followed shortly thereafter by a cold, an attack to the website I’m responsible for at my part-time day job… and well I’m just glad to be moving on to March.  There were some very nice things that happened too… my husband’s birthday, a new super-charged iMac with a wide, wide, wide screen and a renewed sense of dedication to participating in the new global web of women and others interested in community, triple bottom line considerations, and identity.
